My tires were not rotated, the right rear passenger tire has the cap missing and that tire is still in the same place. This tells me my tires were not rotated and my indicator for my wipers and Air filter still comes on I paid for the wipers to be done and the services weren’t done.
All the necessary things were done for now, and I was given all that I need to do on the car so that I can have the highest performance that the car will give

Awful experience. Waited over two hours at the dealership for a tire rotation. I had an appointment. After the two hours I checked in with front desk and they said my car was ready. Dissatisfied and if this is the standard, I don’t want to come back. If it’s two hours for a tire rotation I can only imagine the nightmare oil changes or other services will be.
