I confirmed twice when scheduling that my appointment would take under 2 hours. When I arrived, Justin also assured me the service would take 2 hours or less. 3 1/2 hours later, I still had not received my car! To be inconsiderate of a customer’s time is a major faux pas and totally unacceptable.

Sam went above and beyond for me today. From the minute I got there to when I left he gave me the best service. Even gave me a lesson on something with the car that I didn't even know. Please let Sam know I really appreciate his service he gave me today!

I arrived on time for my 2:30 appt. And I was taken care of THE MOMENT I pulled into the service area. And then...as soon as I went inside..& sat down... Leo approached me..and said he was ready to get my paperwork taken care of. And sure enough.. the work on my car was started immediately...and was completed in a timely manner (less than two hours).
