As a matter of fact I was trying to get in contact with Danny Nieves regarding scratches on my car. I was very specific about the way my car was handled when I visited the service department on November 26 on recalled service. My left side bumper was scratched and a touch-up paint has been applied. I didn't see until a few weeks ago. I made Daniel aware of it and he said why didn't I noticed earlier and Karen Reiner didn't believe that I took so long to notice it. Almost implying that I was making it up. It happened again, they scratched the rear left side of my car. After review the video entry, the scratch was not there. Karen told me that she's going to take care of as a courtesy. That was the worst customer service I've ever had since doing business with JM Lexus. Karen even told that they serviced over 200 cars a week, they never had any complaints. I find that hard to believe. Although, it's quite far but I would rather go to Lexus North Miami for my future services. I will be contacting cooperate office, if this matter is not handled correctly. Very disappointed!

Dear JM Lexus Service Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience with your service department and the lack of follow-up that has occurred since. I picked up my vehicle from JM Lexus on December 24th after it had been there for two weeks undergoing a full and thorough inspection, for which I paid a significant amount of money. I trusted that the vehicle had been carefully evaluated and that any critical issues would have been identified. However, on Wednesday, January 7th, while leaving work in Kendall, my vehicle would not start, and the steering wheel locked completely. I had no choice but to have the vehicle towed to Lexus of Kendall, as towing it back to Pompano was cost-prohibitive. After inspection, I was informed that the starter had failed and required replacement. This issue was not identified during the recent comprehensive inspection at JM Lexus. Had it been noted, I would have addressed it immediately and avoided this breakdown, towing expense, and significant inconvenience. What has been most upsetting is the lack of communication and follow-up: • I personally called on Thursday, January 8th • My manager left a message for Karen on Friday, January 9th • As of today, I have received no return call When I did speak with my assigned service advisor, I was told there was “nothing that could be done,” which was disappointing given the circumstances and my history with JM Lexus. I want to emphasize that I have always held JM Lexus in high regard. I have consistently recommended your dealership to others, including my mother, who purchased her vehicle from JM Lexus based on my recommendation. This experience, however, has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect. At minimum, I would have appreciated a call, an explanation, or a simple acknowledgment of the situation. Being ignored as a loyal customer is unacceptable.

Maico was great. He had my car serviced in less than an hour. The car was also washed and filled with fuel. What more could you ask for?
