Joe S is knowledgeable, trustworthy and customer oriented. As always, he explained the work done on my car clearly and took care of the issues I brought up.
I specifically asked them to check my wipers. I was told that they always check the wipers. Yet my wipers are not wiping properly. I would’ve thought that they would’ve been changed or I would’ve been informed.
I think the service a JM Lexus has gone down significantly. I’ve been with JM Lexus for the last 10 or 11 years. I’m on my third Lexus vehicle and I am thinking very strongly of switching to another vehicle that is not Lexus.

The service advisor was very nice and professional. I find dealer service very time consuming and therefore I primarily use a local mechanic to service my vehicle. I also find dealers do suggest a good deal of unnecessary maintenance and generally charge too much.
As always, John Nehar has again been on point from beginning to end of service. He is prompt,on point, and provides excellent with clarity and honesty. Without a doubt, he is as asset to the JM family.

Yes take care of my issues and kept me updated. Issue did escalate due to how long it was taking to get my vehicle service done but I understood why. Appreciate his honesty

My service manager today was Justin Ross. He is a very knowledgeable person and answered all of my concerns. That being said, I found his personality to be extremely pleasant. He took the time to engage in a conversation with me, which I truly enjoyed. I believe he is an employee who sets the bar high!
My car service went well. I was complete in a timely manner.
I have been driving Lexus for at least 25 years and would not drive any other vehicle.
