Historically, I have been upset with my TX 350. There have been so many problems since I first got the car back in October 2024. Since that time the Shop has seen my car for mechanical issues, service issues, and more! Most recently, the service technician told us that the car was “bone dry,“ and it must’ve been another car parking in the spot. That rubbed us the wrong way as my car is the only car that parks in that spot on the driveway. Honestly, I am really looking forward to the time that I am no longer an Lexus owner as it is only given me grief since we have purchased it.

Very disappointing. I have had numerous Lexus from JM Lexus. Car was given to me without having been checked out properly. By the time I returned home it was bucking and steaming. Isiah was sent to check it out and he agreed it was not safe for me to drive it back. It was picked up on a flatbed and another loaner was brought to me. The car was dirty. The car was given a 10,000 mile checkup when we discussed a 5,000 mile checkup when the car only had 2700 miles on it. It was a mess. Too much oil was put in tank. Shouldn’t have happened. I have had many Cars before from you and this was a really bead experience.

The wait for the service was 2 hours for a 10000 service. I was told to bring the car in after 1 and that would reduce the wait time. 2 hours in my opinion is excessive. I have this service performed up north in 1 to 11/2 hours typically.
