2 of last 3 times they hadn’t started on my car after I walked across street and took a long lunch break don’t schedule me if it’s a problem. I overpay Lexus for oil change etc. service needs to be exceptional! Mike.

We replaced a center console in March 2025. Fifteen months later the cushioned leather piece came off. It wasn’t glued properly to the console. We were hoping it would be a simple job to reattach it but instead Lexus wanted to charge us for another entire unit costing us over $400. We are very disappointed and upset. Wendy didn’t call my correct phone number when the car was ready. She was extremely distracted and had too many customers to actually give me the attention I needed. Also, The technician was telling me that I made up an issue with my windshield wipers not working. They did not fix the issue, just told me I was doing it incorrectly for the last 5 months when that is not true. I’ve never had an issue with Lexus until today and it was disappointing
