Knowledgeable and answered all questions asked. Explained the diagnostic process needed for one of our issues. Turned out the issue once discovered would cost just under 3 grand to repair, which angered and disappointed me. I have a 2019 RX and to require a 3000 dollar repair to a relatively new car with only 28,000 miles I think is not what I expected with a Lexus. Certainly not Daniel’s fault!
Sam Lamas is an excellent service manager. He took great care of my car and his manner is very good, too. I have great confidence in him.
