Every time my car was serviced at JM Lexus, the shop scratched my car. I brought to their attention the last time I was there back on November 26, Karen told me how come I didn't report it then. Well they painted over it and just couldn't see it until later. Karen made it seem like I was lying. It happened again when I went there on January 10th. Karen reviewed the entrance video and that my car was never scratched. Karen told me as a courtesy, she will order the part and will call me so they fix the problem that occurred on their hands. I have a customer since 2008 and I have never received such horrible service and with that I will not return.

Got my vehicle on time to make it to my next appointment so that was a plus for me. Since I am a repeat customer with JM Lexus I was glad to see the level of service did not decline; however, I was taken aback at the state of some the chairs at the service desks including the one I sat on today. They were tattered and torn and that does not align with excellence. Todd was amazing.
