Luis was very patient with me. He explained what you all were doing to correct the problem. He was the best and most helpful person that I’ve dealt with at your dealership since my horrible experience with the salesman that sold me this car. I have purchased four cars from you since 1998. The last time, I had the misfortune to have dealt with a dishonest salesman. I had vowed not to ever use J M Lexus again. Luis was a breath of fresh air. Give him a big raise!
