Unequivocally, the goal was simply to induce me to pay over $1,000.00 for the “recommended” 60k miles service which was not necessary. The vehicle was serviced at JM Lexus in December 2025 and additional things were done that exceeded $1,600. It was disingenuous to suggest I duplicate the same or substantially the same thing. This is bad business and i am appalled. To feign ignorance that Lexus did apprise anyone last month of the “recommended” 60k mile service is unconscionable in light of the fact that the vehicle had 62k miles when serviced in December 2025. This is the first time i took the time to express my complaints and i don’t take this lightly. JM needs to do better other than seeking to obtain my “unnecessary” money from customers. It’s not about the money but the principle. Treat everyone with respect and dignity instead of acting like a used car

Sam Lamas is excellent. Sam is great service representative. The person who performed service on car was very very sloppy and dirty! Black grease on brand new on 2 week car! - on driver side door - all over, black fingerprints on glove box. Sam was wonderful on cleaning up mess.
