Chauncey was very professional and courteous. He got my car promptly in and advised me on repairs. I appreciate that he honored the prices I had previously received. He kept me posted on progress while I had the loaner. Great job!

Her communication was clear, and she made sure I understood everything about my car service appointment. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and hassle-free because of her. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance.
It took almost 22 minutes to get in the door to see my service advisor. Once I saw Mike Williams he handled my 5000 mile service quite well and got my car in and out in an hour and a half and he was very pleasant to deal with

Something bad is going on at JM Lexus in Margate. The level of service was terrible. I had an appointment I had to wait. I was being ignored and I had to proactively go to the service agent to help. He did fast track, but there’s no excuse. JM Lexus used to be top notch frankly I don’t think I’ll come back and we’ve purchased over 20 cars there so we will go elsewhere to purchase our cars as well as having the service you need to fix this!

I’ve been using JM Lexus for my service needs for a while now but my usual advisor is out and although I had one brief interaction with Wendy I requested her. She delivered and she gets the job done and I feel as though I can trust her with what she says. I think Wendy is an absolute value and asset to the team and I am glad this experience with her this time around verified my brief initial interaction with he.
