She was very helpful and polite. She explained exactly what parts and service would be completed. She saw that I was limping from an ankle injury and asked if I would like help to the elevator to wait for my car. Afterwards, she explained what was completed and when I should bring in my car for the next service. I was very satisfied

My service advisor Brennan was heaven sent. He’s amazing he’s knowledgeable. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He knows exactly how to handle customer service. However, when I receive the car, the car had white stains on the backseat on the window in the middle console. It stunk and it was just completely dirty. I have a child a young child and I did not want her to get in a car like that whatever cleaning service you guys have you need to make sure that they are touching every car and making it presentable because I invested my money into jam Lexus over $60,000 and I was just ashamed of what I received for a loaner so short of the long is service Advisor was amazing, but the loaner was discussing and nasty. I don’t know what happened in the backseat, but you guys need to do a better job at town. Also when I went to retrieve my original car from service only the inside was vacuum and outside was so dirty a simple wash down. Would it be OK to just get the dust off of it?

My one issue would be why do you wait till 20,000 miles to rotate the tires?The car has 15,000 miles, you have the car in the shop with 15,000 miles, it should’ve been done then.
