My car was not washed. I was expecting my car to be washed.
Wendy was awesome. Something has to be done about scheduling. We has a 10 am apt should have taken 1-1.5 hours. We did not leave until 1 pm. Car wasn’t completed until 12:30 and it took over 20 minutes after we checked out to receive our car. I’m used to much promoter service and after checking out the car is usually waiting for me. Rarely do I wait even 5 minutes. The car wash was also broken.
It’s always good when coming to JM Lexus service department and having Joe S. as my point of service. He takes good care of me every time.
