Xavier was professional and friendly. I’m not sure why it took 5.5 hours to do 100 mile service and balance the wheels. I arrived at 7:25am for a 7:30 appointment and left at 12:55pm

I really appreciate it Ad’s patience and willingness to listen to my concerns and do what he could to take care of them.
Was waiting and never got a call, after 3 hours I called and the car never went in as they thought I was not waiting. I specifically told the person I was waiting and she confirmed. Y cell phone number. Had to wait another 45 minutes to get my car completed. Then when picking up my car I was told it was “over there” pointing.. couldn’t find it so after 10 minutes I asked an outside service person who said it’s usually over there. It wasn’t “over there” and he walked to the back somewhere and 10 minutes later he came out with my car. The outside was pretty dirty and I asked don’t you wash cars and he said, the machine is broken. Overall very, very disappointed in my first Lexus service here on my new Lexus.

I was vey satisfied with the care and follow up that Michael gave to me and my car. He even washed the car himself by hand before returning it to me because your car wash was not working. That’s someone who takes pride in his work and cares about his customers
I was very satisfied with the service provided, but I usually get my car washed and today the car wash was out of service.
The yearly service was done early which was good because we don’t need to bring it in again but the recall notice fix was not completed even though that was requested at the time the service appointment was made. The service advisor did not notice from the appointment notes what the problem was. The rear passenger side sunscreen was not attached. I had to point it out to him even though it was obvious. And they cannot give a date when the new part will be in. This was the second time the car was brought in for this service. Apparently they did not fix it the first time. Also,the service advisor’s voicemail still says he is out of the “office” Dec 16-30. It is now February.
I had assumed that a wash and vacuum was going to be provided. I guess I was incorrect. May be that is something that the dealer could consider providing in the future.
