Nice guy, the service was complete and prompt.

I brought my vehicle in for a brake problem on Wednesday and received the loaner I requested. When I called on Thursday afternoon to see the status, I was told that the vehicle had not even been looked at yet. Around 5:00 I received a text that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. If I did not pick it up within 12 hrs I would be charged $79 a day. I had prior all-day Friday commitments and asked if I couldn’t bring the loaner back Friday night. I was again told it would be a $79 charge. This was my first service visit at JM Lexus. One of the reasons I bought my car at JM Lexus was that the salesman emphasized what good service they provided. I’ve owned 5 Audis prior to purchasing a Lexus. I never had a charge or set time when I needed to return a loaner. I also did not feel it was my job to call to get a status update. I should have been informed.
