I went to take my older car in for service to check out what was wrong with my vehicle It is like a inspection of my car. Your service people charge me 175.00 dollars I wanted to talk to manager to lower price He said that was final price I got pissed I will never step a foot at your Lexus dealer. You treated me like **** I was going to cuss you out on this feed back but it would of been very bad

I'm new customer to this dealership. From the initial phone call with Leo he made me feel very comfortable. I met him on the day that I brought my car for service. Was not disappointed. He promised me a loaner car and I could've have it. He promised that the car will be ready in about 1.5 hrs and this is how it was.
