All areas were excellent from scheduling dept, drive up check-in, service manager Juan to check out. Thank you. Only recommendation is for lounge area please post signage for waiting customers to keep their phone conversation limited, to themselves…very loud. This also goes for the employee staff at their desk that surround the lounge area.

I don't understand why you are sending me this message; the car is still over there, and I am currently waiting because—supposedly—the camera isn't working. You claim to have already ordered the replacement camera, but the car remains at your facility, so I am unable to provide an opinion at this time.
