I have a white interior. There was grease on the seats and door. If your not going to put something on the seats or interior please look at it before you return the car
I had a wonderful experience at JM Lexus. My service advisor Michael Juan was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced and got a great tutorial on how to operate the new vehicle. I also received prompt communication regarding the status of my vehicle.
