I don’t like how the video report didn’t match the immediate actions that should be taken. I questioned John about one of them and he said it should be done at 40,000 miles. I told him nobody ever gave me that action to take. I looked that up online and it says 100,000 miles. I then found the manual and it says 120,000 miles. Nothing from my car indicated I needed this. It feels like he tried to sell me something just to charge me more. I dint appreciate that and never want to deal with him again. If people are going to upsell me on things I don’t need, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My son and I were not properly given a loaner car. We were put in the cheapest and worst uber possible from the dealership by the service guy Leo. That car had an accident and we were injured. When we tried calling the dealership twice from the scene the call line was busy and would not go through. So we had to walk back .6 miles injured from the crappy uber car to get our cars in pain. We are still injured and seeing medical care. NOT a good experience!!!

My expectations with JM Lexus is very high that’s why I always go back for my vehicle periodic maintenance, however this time I’m quite disappointed with the service. The agent I am assigned this time is Brandon he is very nice . The dissatisfaction of my service review this time has nothing to do with Brandon but to the technicians who is doing the job i addressed that the 3 fluids of my vehicle 2 windshield washer and I believe break fluid were running low in which I believe this was ignored on my service last November 2025 . Today I addressed these concerns to Brandon and he assured me it was taking care of . When I arrived home and checked one of the washer fluid was barely filled up from the previous level . I have a pictures before and after service to prove . My point here is me as a client and the sevice agent assigned ( Brandon)are being affected to the poor delivery of the job by the technicians who worked on the service . Client will even pay extra if it is needed but by ignoring it intentionally is a bad business reputation. Double check your standards JM Lexus if you want to differentiate higher than other Lexus .
