Omar was nice and professional. He did reach out to me concerning my service issues in a timely manner!! The only dissatisfied service was the car wash!! The windows were smudged up and they only vacuumed the front mats.

May not be all due to Xavier. But I was overcharged in error. If I didn't catch it myself I would never have known. I came in for tire rotation and it took over 2 hours. Cabin air filter change was an exorbitant price 105. He said I would get a car wash but wasn't told later that the car wash was broken. I had to inquire about it when I went to my car.I didn't feel an overall good experience.
