The dash paneling was not replaced after my RX350 was serviced. My dash board was removed to replace the Servo motor for the air conditioning.

Very happy with the drop off - pick up. Mike was great as was Sam.
It took five hours to put on two tires, balance all four tires, align the car, and put an ECM in for the TPMS system. Entirely too long. It took over two hours just to diagnose the problem. additionally, my husband was at the facility taking care of the car on my behalf. when he scheduled the appointment he put in his phone number and gave the phone number to the advisor and I ended up getting called anyway while he was sitting at the facility he didn't even know. Spending five hours at the facility is a long time.

Battery died under warranty. Was able to get quickly replaced as well as software upgrade based on recall from Lexus. Need was sudden and I was able to be seen without a scheduled appt. Brandon Chandler was great.
