I had an appointment at 10:30am. I was sitting in the waiting room while others were called that arrived after me. I went to the counter at 11:16am to let them know. Sure enough they could see that I checked in outside at 10:30. There was some mix up with my paperwork not being printed. Shortly after Sam whom was NOT my initial advisor ended up taking care of me expeditiously. I would like to say Thanks to Sam and the counter guy that lead me to Sam.

There are lots of rag stroke scratches on the hood of my car. It looks like when they washed it after the service they rubbed in the existing dirt on the car in and created scratches in the pattern of the motion that the rag was rubbed on the car. This is super unfortunate on a brand new car. Is there anything that we can do to fix this?
