Very happy about the service
My car was there for 3 days. I would call twice daily for an update (twice because calls were not returned). On day three (when I called ) I was told that my car was “ready“. When I inquired whether the repair was covered by the warranty, I was told no work was actually done on the vehicle. Very upsetting. Why keep the car for three days? Why not call me to tell me they couldn’t find my complaint? Why tell me the car was “ready”, instead of telling me the truth. Extremely disappointed!
Why not? I see no reason to trade my car but always ready to listen.
Xavier was a wonderful service advisor! I felt he was very attentive and checked everything. As a woman living alone it is important to have an advisor who checks EVERYTHING! The last thing I want is to break down somewhere
