They didn't fix the digital key, nor did they put in a reed switch that came out.

While it was an upsetting experience because I took the car in for the 30000 service and your team discovered an oil leak which required the car to visit with you for a few days instead of a few hours. Chauncey was super in keeping updated and working with rest of the team to get the car back to us as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciated this as we leave on a trip tomorrow. So in short Chauncey took what could have been a bad experience and made it good for us.

Brandon was not very cordial, he acted as if he didn't care.I walked back near the service area and saw my car up on the lift after more than 2 hours with no one work6on it and asked someone why ? He came back and said they rotated the tires and it just needs oil change. It took almost 3 hours before I got my car. Brandon told me it needed brakes and I told him I would never go back to JM Lexus and he never asked why, you use to run a very efficient and friendly operation but not anymore. A few people have told me it is nit what it use to be.i will not return again.
I arrived at 9:20 for a 9:30 appt. I was called an hour later to the desk, many others arriving after me were called first. I was there approx 3 hours when I finally went down to service and said I wanted my car- whether it was finished or not. I think 3 hours for a scheduled oil change was enough. The car was returned to me- I paid $200 and left with a dirty, unwashed vehicle. Definitely not the same JM Lexus I was used to when I lived in Fl. You can do better. Kristine T
It was pretty average. AAA took a minute, service guy built the wing route for the uber but he corrected it… just delayed me 30 minutes. It wasn’t something to run home to tell mom about. Car came out very fast. That was great, no wait.
I believe I have communicated my concerns about the lack of response to my phone calls inquiring about the status of my car. I also don’t believe that the intermittent problems with my car have been addressed and that I will be back when they recur. Having owned about 10 or 12 Lexus cars, I have never experienced a concern about reliability. This is an unpleasant first time.
Very disappointed today. Was called and told car was ready. I shut down my work computer and went downstairs only to have to wait another 40 minutes for my car to be brought out to me.
Then a sales person came out to help solve my issue with not receiving text message on my screen and no voice command reading it to me and asking if I wanted to reply. I had never had to ask siri anything but the sales person wasn’t listening to me at all. Very ride; I asked him to leave my car. It is still not Working like it once was.
