Matt was very professional and pleasant on the phone. He sent a guy named tim.Because I thought there was a technical issue with the car and it ended up being a problem with the phone. Tim was great as well and very nice.

When I have to wait 40 minutes to be seen by Glean because front desk do not give him the paperwork wen I come in. I ask Glean if he can do my paper work fast because I was late , he do all very fast and I was make it time for my meeting. Thank you Glen !!

Only comment would be about the duration it took to get my car back which was well over 2 hours but other than that Joe is pleasant and great as always no complaints with his level of service and how thorough he is.

Leo was very professional and knowledgeable. I came in with a couple of concerns regarding previous service experiences. Service was great. My only complaint is the dealership should provide snacks in the service waiting area. This low cost addition would make the 1–2 hours of waiting will more pleasant. Two other Lexus dealers that I’ve used have this. For your dealership this is a glaring omission.
