It was a 5k mile basic service. But the issue I have was with the service advisor Wendy Firman. I felt like I was not treated with respect. She was preoccupied with phone calls rather than being attentive taking care of the customer. Rather rude I thought. She needs a training course in customer service. This is my 3rd car with JM Lexus and all the many service advisors I’ve had before were all good.

Joe is terrific, I always specifically ask for him when I come in and he always makes it a point to make the process stress-free and works with customers to make the experience as efficient as possible. His communication is excellent.

It was a little confusing on how to check out after my service. First I went outside and waited. Then I went back in and used the bathroom. Then I went back outside and saw my car was ready and I walked over to it but it was locked. Then I walked back inside and waited in a line only to find out I needed to meet w Glenn who didn’t yet have my key. I would encourage you to improve your communication with guests to improve their experience.
