Adrian Todd was very professional and treated me well but I asked for a tire rotation and paid for it and when I got to my car the tires were not rotated and I was told the tires with the most tread were already on the rear so they didn’t rotated so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get it done. I knew that the tires with the most tread were on the back and because of the uneven wear on the front tires that is why I wanted them rotated. I should not have been charged for a rotation if they decided not to do it and if I hadn’t checked y’all would have been paid for nothing. I was waiting for almost 3 hours for my car.

This was my first experience working with Carlos. He was quick to grasp my concerns with the blindside monitor and was able to relay those concerns to the technician. Justin handled a difficult situation caused by a foreign vendor not having the part in stock. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more helpful than he was. He went out of his way to not make this uncontrollable circumstance difficult for me.

Quality of care & service has dropped significantly. Service staff have now adopted a DMV attitude & the atmosphere in the service area holds no semblance to the "luxury car" experience once valued by Lexus.My service representative was well intentioned but poorly trained. She failed to listen, or comprehend, my concerns and though requested to consult a service repair person regarding proper tire pressure for a vehicle that would not be driven for 6 months. Ultimately I had to return to the dealership (after being told my car is ready for pickup) when I realized the air pressure was not appropriate. If you sell a vehicle for $60,000-$120,000 the least you can do is to treat owners as guests. Not as unappreciated numbers.
