The technicians were not able to find out why my car alarm goes off randomly. I already had my oil changed a month ago and the technician forgot to reset my maintenance reminder when I had the oil changed so I reminded him to turn off the maintenance reminder. They forgot to do it again.

I’m satisfied. Don’t know if everything was done. The invoice is to general and vague, and one issue cosmetic was not addressed. I know you have many cars coming at you and it can be difficult. But, better quality is needed.

I asked for them to check my key fobs that were not working. They said they were fixed. When I got home to Boca one of the key fobs is still not working. Also a dollar bill and all my change in the holder was missing.
