The pressure of my tires was adjusted from the manufacturer-recommended 33 psi to 38 psi. The car was washed but the tires had no tire shine applied.

All was well until I was told that it is recommended to replace two of my tires because of ware. I have 20k on the car and it is absolutely absurd to be suggested of tire ware. And if in fact tires do need to be changed then it’s a manufacturer defect and needs to be covered by warranty. It left a great deal of disappointment in me knowing that such tactic is used to get the customer spend unnecessary money. This is not a way to create customer loyalty, but rather a way to lose them. A big disappointment.
