Even though I made an appointment well in advance, I was made to wait a half hour before even speaking to Danial Whittingham. No one came to me to let be know there would be a delay. I was just made to wait. When I finally met with Daniel, he said the total time for the service would be one and a half to one and three quarters of an hour. All told I was there for two and a half hours. The only explanation given by Daniel was that he was **** with another customer. In other words, his problem dealing with a customer became my problem. I would have expected that one of the other dozen service managers there could have covered for him, but that didn’t happen. I did receive a call and apology from Karen Reiner, which I appreciated. It calmed me down but didn’t excuse the service I received.

The overall experience was pleasant, the job was finished under the time it was promised. The car was washed and vacuumed. Wendy went out of her way to help me with some problems I had with setting up the radio.
