CAR MAKING WEIRD SOUND WHEN STARTING.CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO ADRESS THE PROBLEM.I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
This is my first time with Sam he was very thorough with the review of my vehicle to make sure it’s up to date. I appreciated his warm genuine personality. That and understanding the necessary vehicle updates goes a long way with me. I’ll be back to see him again. Thank you.
It shouldn’t have to take 3 hours to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. In addition to that, I specifically told my service advisor when I checked in that I needed to leave by 11:30am for an appointment. (I’m 9 months pregnant). I didn’t get a call that my vehicle was ready until 12:15pm and missed my appointment. I would have appreciated a heads up or some sort of communication prior to that. Why is it so difficult to service a car at this dealership? This is my second time servicing my vehicle here and it takes far too long. It’s evident to me that your employees just don’t care. Having grown up in an automobile dealership family, I know how long services take and this is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, after two bad experiences I will not be returning to service my Lexus here.

I had an Infiniti which was an absolute nightmare. The transmission (and many other components) went when there was only 40k miles on the car and Infiniti gave me the hardest time so to go into a Lexus service center for the first time as a new customer and be taken care of so well by Xavier was so refreshing! I will be a lifetime Lexus customer and eventually when it’s time to purchase another car I will be using this dealership simply because of my experience with the service team/Xavier. You guys truly are the best and please send my many thanks to Xavier for everything! The loaner car, the efficiency, the communication, etc.
