Glenn is an awesome advisor . Great experience with him and front line workers who welcomed me when arrived. I can not say the same for the mechanic who serviced my car. He didn’t clean the area of oil filter and forgot to put bottom panel cover back on . I had notified my advisor Glenn a few days later and I had to go back so they can clean the area of oil filter and put back panel .

Ryan has been our service advisor for many years. He always explains the suggested repairs in detail in a way that I understand. He even took me back to the repair area on a previous repair to show me the effects of salt air on the cars brakes. He’s the main reason I keep bringing our multiple Lexus back for maintenance.
