When I started visiting Lexus for maintenance, the wait was about 1 hr and now is 2 hours. The vehicle didn’t have any issues and I think 2 hours is too long waiting period.

I went to your location to have one of my tires replaced. I arrived at 10am and my car was finally ready at 2pm. 4 hours is rediculous I have been dealing with JM Lexus for many years, and this incident has me questioning my loyalty. Perhaps you don’t have enough personal to handle your volume, but if this is the type of service I can expect in the future, I will have to shop elsewhere.

The problem I have has presented itself before. One sensor in the trunk was replaced. Now last night, the trunk didn’t close again. I had to close it manually which is difficult for me. It is very frustrating and I have been complaining about the electrical system since the car was purchased.

My last two visits were very disappointing. In fact, the visit before last I had to come back a second time because they forgot to do my car. On top of that, all visits took more than twice as long as what I was told. You have a big problem that needs to be resolved. I won’t be returning,

My service rep was the best I’ve ever had at JM in all the years I’ve been going there, his name isJoseph Storozynsky. Very informative and attentive. Very happy about the service I received.
