Joe was my advisor he knowledgeable in the areas I had concerns about even address issues that could arrive in the future if not taken care of at the appropriate time. Dear Lexus Service Team, I’m writing to share my disappointment with the service I received during my most recent visit. As a loyal Lexus customer for over nine years, I’ve always chosen Lexus not just for the quality of your vehicles but also for the exceptional service that traditionally accompanied them. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. I was assisted by Brandon, who was not only dismissive but outright rude. When I inquired about using my service coupons, he immediately told me they were expired since 2022. I explained that I had used one as recently as September and believed there must be a mistake. Instead of taking the time to investigate or offer assistance in finding a contact number to clarify the issue, he simply walked away, spoke to a manager, returned, and said he would give me a free oil change—then proceeded to rush me away from his desk without any further explanation or follow-up. Additionally, I was never given a call with an estimate. I received a text, which I assumed was part of a new system, but then I waited over four hours without any updates. While waiting upstairs, I observed other service advisors actively looking for customers—something Brandon never did. When I finally went downstairs to ask, he casually mentioned that the car had “just come in,” which was both confusing and frustrating. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with Brandon. I had previously requested a different advisor due to his lack of professionalism, yet my request was ignored. I didn’t want to escalate things during my visit, but I left feeling completely devalued. Brandon showed zero empathy and treated me like an inconvenience, not a valued customer. Whether or not I was spending money that day should not determine the level of respect I receive. I sincerely hope Lexus takes this feedback seriously. Your loyal customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case this time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. CARLOS NUNEZ IS A MAJOR REASON WHY I DO NOT “SHOP” LEXUS IN SOUTH FLORIDA.. WE GO BACK TO 2003 WHEN I MOVED HERE FROM IOWA AND CARLOS TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF MY LEXUS BACK THEN AND HAS ALWAYS…ALWAYS TAKEN EXCELLENT CARE OF ME EVER SINCE. CARLOS MAKES SUGGESTIONS IN MY BEST INTEREST AND HE KNOWS THAT I AM A PERFECTIONIST AND EXPECT THE BEST AND HE CERTAINLY ALWAYS PROVIDES THAT, IN ADDITION TO HIS COURTESY AND RESPECT. I CONSIDER HIM A FRIEND AND I TRUST HIM AND THAT IS MY HIGHEST COMPLIMENT. LETS FACE IT, ANY OTHER LEXUS DEALER WOULD GLADLY DISCOUNT THE VEHICLE ANOTHER $300 BUT CAN THEY MATCH THE SERVICE.. ABSOLUTELY NOT.. NO WAY..CARLOS AT JM LEXUS IS THE DEFINITION OF AUTHENTIC QUALITY TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE, I WOULD DEMAND NOTHING LESS.. THANK YOU CARLOS AND THANK YOU JM LEXUS..
