I wanted the Lexus Enform to be installed but the Lexus computer person said they don’t do that anymore. Otherwise I was totally pleased. Service rep Joe is excellent.
Since this was my first service, I had no idea that it would take so long. It would be helpful to have notice of how long to expect. Also, my matts were not vacuumed. The car came in clean on the outside, all it needed was a light vacuuming.
He was very efficient and helped get the service done so quickly and I so appreciate that because I have a baby!!
No reolution to the key issue. Joe was great but now must get approval from JM Lexus to provide the missing key shank in which the key was never given us when purchased the 2023 RX 350.

It takes way too long just to rotate tires and top off fluid levels. I shouldn't have to be there for over two hours for that. Services advisor is very good and responsive.

Glenn was fine. However when it was time to pick up the vehicle, I discovered the car had not been washed. I brought this to the attention of someone at the front desk who had a valet take the car to be rewashed. The car was returned by the valet and it was still dirty. The simplest of things like washing a car JM Lexis fell miserably short. By the way, this was not the first time I had this experience.

I could be mistaken, but how could they have changed the oil and performed an inspection without disturbing a single speck of dust on the plastic engine guard? They claim to top off all fluids, yet I had to refill the windshield washer reservoir myself. When I pulled the dipstick, it was filthy, and the oil looked brownish—not that I’m an expert. I found no evidence that they actually changed the oil. Maybe they don’t even bother to check the dipstick? On the good side, Delilah is great!
