Customer lounge is no longer for customers, but for sales and salesmen. Better to divide into 2 separate sections. Give customers a comfortable, cozy place for customers waiting for a 2-3 service.

The visit wasn’t perfect, as the service took twice the amount of time predicted, BUT the way Joe handled the situation (including providing updates) showed me that he valued my time as much as I do. As a business owner, I know that things don’t always go as planned, but when an employee goes above and beyond to “make things right”, that effort is really appreciated.

Sam was easy to work with and was appropriate in his management of my 50,000 mile checkup. He explained everything, gave me the price up front and didn’t upsell me on items that were not needed. He explained the next step for my car’s maintenance and the price. He was personable, pleasant, and listened to my concerns.
