I bought a certified, pre owned UX 200 in November. I was pleased to have 4 complimentary services. I did not expect a big tire issue and the service being denied. My car is close to 17,000 miles, so having a tire issue and the service being denied is concerning.Someone suggested that maybe the tires were changed from Lexus of North Miami? That's where I purchased the car. Almost$1000.00 was asked of me today for 2 tires and rotation. I thought that buying a certified car from Lexus would give some security without any major issues for this short period of time. I plan to reach out to the manager of North Miami and hope for a pleasant resolution.
