Appointment was 1030. My wife took it in on her day off. I had to call about 130 in order to tell Xavier that she’s still waiting not good absolutely dissatisfy.

Excellent car wash. Xavier was also very good.Time promised was time received but a little longer than what I anticipated. Xavier did mention that there were less technicians than cars

While waiting for my 10k mile service to be completed i was sent a text stating that I needed a front end alignment and also needed to replace 3 of my tires with a charge of over $1200. I declined these repairs as I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Why would I want/need to replace only 3 tires since they are original tires and only have 10k miles on them? I asked the service advisor to explain and she couldn't. I used to come in for regular scheduled maintenance and never been asked for additional work to be done but the last two visits (my vehicle and my wife's vehicle) i have been recommended repairs that I question?

Carlos Nunez has been my Service Department contact at JM Lexus for more than 21 years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and is an asset to JM. Thank you Daniel for taking the time to explain the services that were provided to me today although I ran late to my appointment, you explained everything perfectly and knowledgeable. This comment is for the individuals who drives the vehicles from the inspection to the front service section, make sure all oil, grime and leaves are removed from your body before you enter the vehicle; thank you!

I had a 10:15 appointment and wasn’t taken until about10:45. I didn’t get my car back until 1PM. Entirely to long to wait for a basic service
