I greatly appreciate my service advisor, Ryan Chasteen, and have been working with him for years. My only complaint is when requesting service online and trying to select him as the requested advisor consistently fails to schedule correctly and defaults to any advisor. I have tried with both Firefox and MS Edge with same result. Please fix this annoyance with online scheduling. Thanks

Very unsatisfied with the service received on this visit, Arrived at 8:00 am and waited 5 hrs for two tires and an alignment. No explanation for the unusual long wait.

Sam was so great in handling the service of my car. He was very personable and friendly. He took me an hour early of my actual appointment. He communicated the progress of my cars service. He was great at getting a replacement part that was not in stock. He got it next day for me. He even was able to get me a loaner car as the work was not going to be completed until the following day.
I was delighted to encounter Sam. However, I was disappointed to learn that Sebastian Camacho was no longer available as a service advisor. I understand that he has been promoted to another position within the JM Empire. I am genuinely pleased for him.
Sam has made an exceptional start. He is highly efficient and genuinely attentive to my concerns and the well-being of my vehicle. The first advisor I was randomly assigned to was more interested in engaging in casual conversations with fellow employees rather than addressing my vehicle’s issues. I appreciate his presence and look forward to future visits for vehicle maintenance.
As usual, a painless experience although the coffee and water machines in the customer lounge were out of 50% of offerings.
