Service was terrible and my service was not completed because she just denied my request without verification i have been a Lexus customer since 2010 this is my 5th Lexus I finance with jm Donald northon knows me very well she refused to get approval to replace 2 of my tires that had nail on them and I have the roadside assistance program she kept offering me different services to pay instead of requesting for approval to chance the tires

The person that was assigned to me couldn’t wait to get rid of me. Also, your upstairs lounge had no snacks or coffee. I couldn’t find a soda/water machine or any snacks. Palm Beach Lexus has many more amenities.
I was extremely impressed with 3 of the 4 techs who assisted with my tech issue. The 1st one never even spoke with me - he just said that it all worked because it worked with his phone. Nigel was fantastic and spent about an hour with me until he solved the issue.
