Sam was very kind and helpful. He was very friendly with me and my mom, who didn’t speak English. He spoke Spanish to her and made her feel comfortable. He made sure my car was ready on time and throughly checked. Everything was great!!

I arrived on time and was told by my service advisor. My car would take approximately an hour and a half. It took 2 1/2 hours, for a simple check up. Very unhappy about those minutes I will never get back!
