Delilah was awesome, she stopped what she was in the middle of her work to assist me with my car so I could get out of there and return to work on time. She followed her manager’s instructions and made me feel very appreciated as a guest at Lexus. She went to the back herself to retrieve my car to make sure the service was completed and brought it upfront herself. She’s a one and done type of service adviser. If she’s available going forward she’s my new service advisor. I will tell my family and friends to choose her too.
The "tech guy" brushed off the malfunctioning of my voce activated nav system by saying my car was only a 2021 even though it always performed fine previously
