My 10 month old cat is broken through no fault of my own. And JM Lexus couldn't fix it. I am unhappy about the waste of my time today.
Joseph was awesome. He told me about the health of my vehicle and was very thorough about explaining new car update and information about my service plan. I intend to use him as my service advisor from this point on.
He was able to answer all my questions and take care of my concerns!

No one contacted me to tell me my car was ready. When I called I was advised my advisor would call me back. No call back. I called 30 minutes later to get an update and find out my car was ready. This is not the kind of service I have received in the past and is not acceptable

My IS 300 F. Have scratch , mark in front of passenger door. So I brought car to JM and requested Joseph to be my Advisor because I know, he will taking care and trust service car care from Joseph Storozynsky. He has such a great knowledge , professional , great advice , honest , great personality and fair cost. However I been in JM Lexus many years, had have car service with different Service Advisors , but Joseph, he is different , he is the Best at JM Lexus.
