I wasn’t even buying a car—just came in for an oil change—but Justin still took the time to greet me, make conversation, and help answer a couple of questions I had. Super engaging, bubbly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to feel that kind of energy and customer service over something so simple. If this is how he treats someone not even making a purchase, I can only imagine how great the full buying experience would be. A real asset to the team!
