Every adjustment or setting in my vehicle has been changed. The radio was blaring with foreign music. Two of my stations were changed to that style of music and one station somehow left blank. In general, the team was terrific. I’m sorry, but it seems to take only one person to negatively affect that opinion.

I was perfectly satisfied with my advisor. When my car came in to be returned to me, it was not washed properly with a huge stain on the side exterior. The guy said I needed it details that he couldn’t get it out.

Satisfied with the service but not satisfied with the lack of a warranty. I purchased the vehicle new from J M Lexus 18 months ago. The vehicle has 9200 miles. I was told that 3 of the 4 tires had a nail. When asked I was told that there was no hazard warranty. When I purchased the vehicle, I was not offered a warranty on the tires. Spent $1000 yesterday for 3 new tires. Not happy
