Took 1 day to diagnose why the power steering leaked fluid, and 1 more day to fix it. During this period I had to chase him for info. He didn’t respond to messages left on his phone. However, the work on the car was professionally carried out, no complaints there.

Why does the statement say 10,000 mile service when the vehicle has 40,000? Why is the next oil change sticker say it’s in 5,000 miles? I thought it was good for 10,000 miles. Ryan was quite pleasant and I didn’t see these things prior to leaving so I was not able to discuss them with him yet. I am hoping to talk with him tomorrow or on Monday to ask these questions. Thank you.

Luis did a great job. I was annoyed that Lexus would be insensitive enogh to text me a bout this at 7am on a weekend morning thus disrupting a an otherwise pleasant and badly needed sleep. There was nothing whatsoever urgent about the message.

Lois was extremely helpful during my recent service visit to Lexus also on my prior visit. He even went beyond his duty to have a small defect near the door panel of my car removed, of which I am extremely grateful. He was very pleasant and professional during his interactions with me. I think that he is an asset to your organization. Highly recommended.

My Lexus consultant, Leo, greeted me in a friendly manner and explained the process for servicing my car. Afterwards he went over what service was provided in a clear, understandable way. He was a delight to work with… I could feel and see the improved condition of my car as I drove away.
