Chauncey was the most polite, professional service technician.. the reason I stay with JM Lexus is with your experienced service technicians.. and I have to say I love my LC 500. I’ve had Mercedes. I’ve had jeeps I’ve had Chevys car is outstanding… no matter where I go. People are asking me what is that car?.. I said it’s a luxury sports car. I mentioned my car was not well vacuumed the last time I was there (rainy day) so he made sure to deliver it to me in excellent condition. Very communicative throughout the process. First, the technician thats first got into my vehicle disconnected my dash cam, I find that to be extremely disrespectful. Second, the main issues/concerns with my vehicle were not fixed. I will say my technical advisor tried his best and I only went back to JM lexus because of him, I had great past experiences dealing with him (Sam Lamas)
I will request Delilah the next time I’m there. That’s how happy I was with her.
