Shedrick was all around AMAZING!!! Since the start of my vehicle issue to the end. He was very patient, understanding, ACCOMMODATING, professional, efficient and most of TRANSPARENT about everything regarding my service needs. Adrian was most gracious with regards to customer satisfaction. He is a great asset to your Lexus customer service team. He was quick to, efficient & most knowledgeable in working with me & when he wasn’t sure about something technical , he made certain that one of your engineers would answer me . Overall, on a scale from 1-10 , Adrian was a “ 15” PLUS !!!
