Finally got a service advisor that cares. Previous advisors weren’t customer friendly and showed concerns like Wendy. She was very informative and stayed on top of the services until the job was completed. She’s a wonderful asset to JM Lexus. It would be a pleasure to respond to the survey.

Only thing not happy with is didn’t receive detail of my bill and It was suggested that I need a few things. One for example was a battery and was quoted a price of approx $300. I agreed to do it and then it was covered under warranty. Shouldn’t I have been told upfront what was covered under warranty ? If I said no to the battery I would have gotten stuck and paid for it elsewhere. What else would have been covered that I didnt do??
