I was able to call JM first thing in the morning and got an appointment same day in the morning. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in short order. As usual, Xavier Allen was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I had my teenage daughter take her car in to teach her responsibility. I relied on Lexus quality and service knowing I may pay a slight premium for it. They quoted her $4000 for a repair I had made locally for $150 to fix the issue. If this was a stand alone occurrence I might give you a second chance but last time I was there for maintenance I was told I needed a new battery (when the one installed was 3 months old if the mechanic had checked the date) and tires rotated and balanced that were essentially brand new tires that had just been put on and balanced. You have lost my trust and I will not be returning.
